The Runners-Return Systemâ„¢ Framework

A structured approach to moving from injury setbacks to peak athletic performance. We offer 4, 8, and 12-week programmes

What's included?

1. Weekly Check-Ins

Every week, we review your progress, symptoms, training, and recovery to make sure you’re continuing to move forward confidently. This helps keep you accountable, reduce setbacks, and ensure your plan continues to match your current stage of rehabilitation.

2. A training plan that adapts as your progress

Your rehabilitation and running plan evolves with you throughout the  programme. As your strength, confidence, and running capacity improve, your programme is adjusted to make sure you’re always progressing appropriately - without doing too much too soon.

3. Chat access

You’ll have direct access for support, guidance, and questions throughout the programme. Whether you’re unsure about pain levels, training adjustments, or how to manage a setback, you won’t be left trying to figure things out alone.

4. Structured return to running progression

You’ll follow a clear step-by-step system designed to safely rebuild your running volume, confidence, and consistency. Instead of guessing when to push or rest, you’ll know exactly what stage you’re at and what comes next.

5. Runner specific strength and rehab programming

Your exercises are tailored specifically to you, your injury, and your goals as a runner. The focus isn’t just reducing pain - it’s building a stronger, more resilient body that can tolerate training and reduce the risk of future setbacks.

The Cycle of Recurring Injury

Most active people find themselves stuck in a loop of short-term relief and recurring setbacks. We break this cycle with objective testing and structured transitions.

Pain Settles

The immediate symptoms quiet down, often masking the underlying issue.

Training Restarts

Eager to return, you restart your routine without a structured rebuild.

Load Increases

As intensity builds, the unconditioned tissues begin to approach their limit.

Symptoms Return

The old injury flares up again, forcing another frustrating break.

Confidence Drops

Frustration sets in, and the cycle of uncertainty starts all over again.

It's time to break the cycle and return to performance with confidence.
